Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - Local Travel Required) Type: Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level | Base Salary + Commission What You 'll Do: * Prospect new customers and uncover business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation. * Identify key decision makers, understand client needs, and position our services as the ideal solution. * Build and maintain long-term relationships that drive customer retention and growth. * Manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth year-over-year. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences, acting as a trusted advisor before, during, and after the sale. * Partner with internal operations and customer success teams to design solutions and resolve issues to meet commitments. * Stay informed on industry trends and competitive insights, using this knowledge to create value-added conversations with potential clients. * Pitch in with additional duties as business needs evolve - we're a team-first organization. Job Requirements: * 1-5 years of B2B sales experience (logistics or delivery services is a plus, but not required) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals * Confidence in presenting to small and mid-size businesses * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment * Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite * Must be based in or willing to travel regularly in the Indianapolis area
