Job Description: Associated Heating and Air, a leading HVAC company in Huntington Beach and Signal Hill, is seeking a part-time HVAC Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in-store, educating them about our HVAC products and services, and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This position requires individuals who can stand for long periods, have reliable transportation, and are willing to undergo a background check and drug test. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in-store to identify HVAC needs and generate leads. * Educate customers about Associated Heating and Air's products and services. * Collect and record customer information for follow-up by the sales team. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead-to-sale process. * Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets. * Earn competitive hourly pay plus commission based on generated leads and sales. Requirements: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus. * Knowledge of HVAC systems and products is desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Reliable transportation to and from the stores in Huntington Beach and Signal Hill. * Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Bilingual skills (English and [second language]) are a plus. * Availability to work some weekends.
