Compensation

: Base salary + commission (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a motivated Fence Estimator & Sales Representative to join our team and take on an essential role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Generate and qualify leads, prepare estimates, and create proposals
• Perform site visits, gather project details, and address customer inquiries
• Manage fencing projects from pre-construction through completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Use CRM and construction software to track sales opportunities

Qualifications

:

• Sales experience in fencing, construction, or related industries
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction-related software (e.g., Bluebeam)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer:
