The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and account management, with a focus on membership sales and management. This role is critical in shaping the member experience and driving community growth through exceptional communication and personalized service. Duties * Develop and manage a target member portfolio to drive high-quality membership growth and engagement. * Introduce prospective members to the clubhouse through tailored presentations and personalized tours, highlighting the exclusive value of our community and services. * Build and nurture long-term relationships with members, serving as their primary point of contact for all club-related matters. * Proactively identify and pursue potential members through referrals, networking, and high-touch outreach. * Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure alignment in member acquisition strategies and brand positioning. * Monitor member satisfaction, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve services and offerings. * Stay attuned to trends in the high-net-worth and entrepreneurial communities to uncover opportunities for community expansion and collaboration. Qualifications * Proven experience in high-touch client relationship management, membership sales, or luxury services. * Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term rapport with discerning clients or high-net-worth individuals. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and gracefully with diverse, high-level audiences. * Experience in presenting services or experiences in a compelling, personalized way (e.g., private tours, tailored consultations). * Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing processes; experience in referral-based or network-driven growth is a plus. * A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams across marketing, operations, and events. * Fluency in English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus for engaging Chinese-speaking clientele.
