What You 'll Do: * Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients * Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide expert solutions to ensure client satisfaction * Work directly with management to develop best practices and set quality standards as the team grows * Collaborate with other service departments to deliver exceptional customer service * Drive Sales Performance: Leverage phenomenal sales skills to offer clients tailored HVAC solutions and upgrades, achieving and exceeding set sales goals. etc.: Outgoing sales calls , Door to door sales. * Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Exhibit professionalism and pride in customer interactions, fostering trust and satisfaction. * Acquiring New Customers: Commercial and Residential to drive growth in this new department.
