Salary $17 - $18.50 an hour Description Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Member is accountable for delivering excellent community member service, in our efforts to spread global wellness. Through day to day functions, the Team Members contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje's culture; proactively engaging in behaviors that align with Saje's values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging. Responsibilities: * Foster an environment of exceptional community service by sharing our amazing products and promoting wellness through every in-store interaction. * Drive business performance by achieving key KPIs, including revenue and comp growth, average transaction value (AVS), items per transaction (IPT), traffic, conversion, and loyalty program expansion. * Share your product expertise with the team, enabling intentional recommendations that enhance the customer experience. * Maintain high presentation standards to ensure a premium and welcoming in-store environment. * Motivate and elevate your team by collaborating and embodying the company's core values. * Prioritize culture in every action, demonstrating a commitment to personal growth, self-awareness, and team collaboration. * Contribute to a team atmosphere where every member feels a sense of belonging and inclusion.
