JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the supervision of the Building Principal, the Curricular Materials Account Manager is responsible for performing the following duties: * Maintaining good communication and public relations with various publics * Prepare daily deposits of Bookstore sales including electronic payments * Maintain inventory of all Bookstore supplies including all athletic wear * Ordering supplies for the Bookstore * Process all payments received from students and parents * Open Bookstore daily 8:15 to 1:30 during school instruction days * Ability to operate cash register and Square * Provide and maintain cash boxes for NC Clubs and Activities * Assist with Panther Prep * Coordinating arrears collection effort for cap and gown distribution * Ordering curricular materials and management of materials received * Preparing reports for arrears billing to families and reviewing unpaid balances * for collection * Maintain lost and found for NC * Other duties as assigned by the Principal or his designee.
