We are seeking a motivated and results- oriented Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in the Indianapolis market. We work with clients in technology and entertainment industries. Our approach is face-to-face presentations to potential customers in the commercial sector. We seek out high-impact customers! About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the Indianapolis area. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: Prospect and Generate New Business: Identify and pursue potential clients through face to face lead generation activities. Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Conduct Presentations and Demonstrations: Present our products/services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits. Negotiate and Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets. Manage and Maintain Client Accounts: Provide ongoing support and service to current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Track and Report on Sales Performance: Track and report on sales activities and performance, providing insights into market trends and opportunities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
