Job Overview As a key member of the Xigent/FillPro Business Development Team, the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator ("Coordinator") is responsible for utilizing available tools and resources to identify, validate, and initiate contact with potential custom automation clients leading to introductory presentations and/or site visits for members of the business development team. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for all marketing activities to promote the Xigent/FillPro brands. * Annual development and execution of a strategic marketing plan for XAS/FillPro brands, including all related content development. * Generating, executing, and maintaining an SEO strategy including complete ownership of the company website and social media platforms. * Become the CRM subject matter expert (Salesforce) and assume full ownership for its use regarding all marketing and pipeline management activities. * Utilize the primary manufacturing database tool to identify potential opportunities connected to annual business objectives such as geographical focus, market entry opportunities, existing market growth opportunities, and product parity opportunities. * Generate an executable (qualified) pipeline by applying a multi-channel approach to current and prospective customers using common business development messaging techniques - emails, LinkedIn, direct mail, texting, in-person, virtual meetings, phone calls, etc. * Strengthen supplier-partner relationships through regular outreach to marketing and business development counterparts. * Maintain product & market level breakdowns of XAS/FillPro automation experience. * Maintain the customer database including updating all current contact information and relevant business information. * Develop and maintain an active competitor database. * Develop, validate, and maintain resources (A3, etc.) to report on relevant industry trends. * Tracking and reporting on business development KPI's to assist leadership with performance data, CI opportunities, and business review meetings. * Work with the Business Development Managers to create, organize, and maintain sales related presentation materials - company presentations, promotional materials, and others. * Work with the Technical Writer to create, organize, and distribute sales and marketing related materials - machine videos, case studies, and other promotional material. * Contact and work with customers and suppliers to receive permission for use of proprietary information in marketing materials as well as possible reference/endorsement campaigns. * Work with the Business Development Team in preparing for, creating material for, and attending industry trade shows. * Recommend marketing opportunities/events aligned with annual objectives. * Adhere to all company policies & procedures. * Be open to potential changes in responsibilities and tasks as the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator position is refined and improved. - 2yr. degree in marketing/business, or 5-7yrs. experience in a similar role - Proficiency with MS Excel and the standard office suite - Experience with CRM's and managing social media platforms - Experience managing an organization's website (Squarespace, etc.) - Familiarity with a technical manufacturing environment - 4yr. degree in Marketing/Business and 1-3yrs. experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint (including sales presentation development) - Experience with Salesforce CRM - Experience participating in and attending trade-show activities - Experience with Graphic Design software (Adobe, Canva, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Lewis Center, OH 43035 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Lewis Center, OH 43035: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
