Greentech Renewables is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to service our existing and new B2B customer base. Candidates will assist customers in person, via email, and on the phone. You will be responsible for seeing through all stages of a solar equipment sale from quoting to coordinating shipping for an on time arrival. Position will include working with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Exceptional communication skills - Detail-oriented - Team-player - Two years sales experience preferred, experience in Solar is a bonus Job Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service to both current and potential customers - Write orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures - Communicate and cooperate with Outside Sales team and other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency of your orders - Timely communication with customers and colleagues on orders, quotes, and materials - Maintain up-to-date awareness of new and existing products and services Greentech Renewables is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
