ROOFING SALES MANAGER ROOFING ROOFING ROOFING ROOFING EXPERT WITH OVER 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ROOFING SALES MANAGER to oversee our growing commercial and residential roofing operations. The successful candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the nuisances of the trade and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to manage all aspects of ROOFING projects, from inception to completion. *MUST HAVE FULL UNDERSTANDING OF COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL. * Key Responsibilities: * Lead, manage, and oversee all roofing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ROOFING. * DEVELOP and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in both commercial and retail sectors. ROOFING. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and techniques, including the latest industry advancements. ROOFING. * Can't be afraid of getting out there and climbing a ROOF. This is NOT a desk job. You will have a nice office, but you will also be out there driving sales. * MUST BE ORGANIZED and keep track of your/team's schedule. I write this because of past experience. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a ROOFING sales manager. * In-depth understanding of the nuisances of the ROOFING trade, including commercial and retail roofing systems and techniques. * Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Valid driver's license. * MUST BE ALLOWED TO WORK IN THIS COUNTRY AND LIVE IN the area.
