• We are looking for someone with Sales/technical experience. If you do not have sales and technical experience for at least 2 years please do not apply We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Sales Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to communicate with customers proficiently and offer the best solutions for them. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high- quality service/sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

: The HVAC salesman will be responsible for identifying concerns and offering the customer the best solution. Also, the HVAC salesman will be responsible for quoting the best package for the the based off property specs/customer needs. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to analyze issues to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include: - Troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems - selling new heating and cooling systems, including ductwork and vents - Providing recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and expand business development opportunities - Analyzing sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies

Qualifications

: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in the HVAC industry - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Experience with sales - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to undergo training and continuous professional development Skills: - Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies - Conduct product demos - Expand business development opportunities - Provide technical sales support - Sell HVAC systems and services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
