Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers. * Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while ensuring a smooth checkout experience. * Display and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. * Utilize basic math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and cash handling. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when handling customer calls. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Familiarity with general retail operations is a plus but not mandatory. * Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately.
