• Additional training/development opportunities The role is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results. Core Functions:
• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
• Ability to translate customer requirements to a proof using Adobe Illustrator
• Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
• Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment Other Required Skills:
• Sales curious' (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer
• Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
• Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results
• Use of Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to work with vendors and partners Ideal candidates will also possess:
• 1+ years of prior Customer Sales and Service experience
• 1+ year of using Adobe Illustrator
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
