Job Overview Andy Mohr Buick GMC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales operations, engaging with customers, and driving sales through various digital platforms. We are looking for someone who is very focused on talking to customers who are purchasing NEW vehicles. Conversations with customers looking at higher trim level vehicles, leasing, financing, and trading. This position will require someone who LOVES talking to customers directly while also managing the process for other employees to stay on top of communication. Experience with on OEM dealership a plus, but not required. Duties * Manage online sales inquiries and respond promptly to customer questions. * Develop and implement effective follow up strategies to increase closing ratios. * Maintain accurate CRM information. * Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and forecast trends. * Work with sales managers and with customers to close sales effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with the dealership team to align goals to hit objectives. * Track and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications * Proven experience in management or a related field, preferably in a dealership environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRMs a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer engagement.
