Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Phone Sales & Patient Care Representative to join our mental health clinic. This key role involves speaking with prospective patients--many of whom are struggling with anxiety, depression, or chronic pain--and guiding them through our treatment options with empathy, professionalism, and confidence. Success in phone-based sales is a must.

Responsibilities

• Effectively convert inbound leads into scheduled patients through phone sales.
• Educate prospective patients on our ketamine therapy offerings and help them feel supported in their care journey.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence when speaking with individuals coping with mental health challenges.
• Work onsite two days per week to help with patient coordination and front-desk responsibilities.
• Accurately explain treatment protocols and basic medical terms (training provided).
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient onboarding and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in phone-based sales, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or personal services.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with vulnerable populations.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic medical and mental health terminology.
• Comfortable using CRM or scheduling software.
• Must be reliable, organized, and goal-oriented. Preferred but Not Required
• Prior experience in a medical or mental health setting.
