Looking for a Retail Sales Team Member to join this fast-paced, award winning team. Approximately 16-24 hours/week. Must be available nights and weekends. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude, energetic pace and willingness to learn will make you successful in this role. Responsibilities * Greet and direct customers * Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) * Answer customers' questions about specific products/services * Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing * Focused attention on pricing and correctly checking out guests at register * Cross-sell products * Ensure racks and cooler are fully stocked * Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) * Inform customers about discounts and special offers * Stay up-to-date with new products Applicants must: * Be 21 years of age or older * Able to lift 30+ pounds * Be focused, timely, honest, dependable and hard-working. * Possess basic math and cash handling skills * Present credible references * Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships * Ability to perform in fast-paced environments * Flexibility to work various shifts * Retail Sales experience a HUGE plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift Ability to Commute: * Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Glenwood Springs, CO 81601: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
