We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Inside Senior Sales Account Manager with a proven track record in drop shipping and fulfillment to join our growing company. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Senior Sales Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience in sales, drop shipping, and fulfillment specifically within the bathroom essentials industry. This role will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless fulfillment processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of the drop shipping model and fulfillment logistics, paired with exceptional sales skills to build strong relationships and deliver results. Key Responsibilities: * Account Management: * Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the bathroom essentials industry. * Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. * Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, offering tailored solutions. * Sales Development: * Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients. * Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and client needs. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that client needs are met promptly and effectively. * Drop Shipping & Fulfillment: * Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing. * Maintain a deep understanding of the drop shipping and fulfillment process to provide clients with accurate updates and troubleshoot any issues. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to meet customer demands. * Reporting & Analytics: * Track sales performance and key metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. * Analyze customer data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and make informed decisions on account strategies. * Product Knowledge: * Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and product developments in the bathroom essentials space. * Share insights and product recommendations with clients to enhance their purchasing decisions. Qualifications: * Experience: * 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the drop shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce industry. * Proven track record of success in managing client accounts and driving sales growth. * Familiarity with the bathroom essentials industry and related products is highly preferred. * Skills: * Strong understanding of drop shipping processes, order fulfillment, and supply chain management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously. * Proficient in Excel, NetSuite, and sales reporting tools. * Personal Attributes: * Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets. * Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot fulfillment issues with ease. * Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. * A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
