aiTWorks, an employment agency ([please apply online] is looking for a candidate who can work as Sales Manager at a Japanese food company in Chino, CA. *Working Hours : 5 days a week 9am-5:30pm *Benefit: Health insurance (health care and dental care) Life insurance Paid vacation Paid sick leave Holidays off Evaluation system available Salary increase and bonus are available. * Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. * Develop marketing initiatives and budget, create annual marketing plan; Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and developing sales and marketing staff, monitoring, and coaching sales/marketing activities, and providing marketing materials. * Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. * Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. * Responsible for the planning, creating, and distributing content for use on the website and other social platforms. * Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to develop new products. * Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. * Implementing new sales plans and advertising. * Work with staff to resolve problems or complaints identified by accounts and manage account issues to closure. * Evaluate sales and marketing staff performance, supervise marketing administrative tasks. * Must have valid work status to work in the U.S. * Experience as a sales manager. * Strong management skills. * Familiarity with the food industry. * Bilingual in Japanese and English with business-level proficiency or above.
