Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties * Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers. * Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and managing schedules. * Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Organize and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and events as needed. * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and inventory management. Experience * Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * An opportunity to learn about licensing in the entertainment industry and sales and marketing.
