Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and managing schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Organize and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and events as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and inventory management. Experience
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
