Now Hiring: Sales Manager - CDL Truck Driving School Location: Fontana, CA Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week Pay: $18/hour + Monthly Bonuses Truck Master School in Fontana is growing fast, and we're hiring a motivated, confident, and organized Sales Manager to help students begin their trucking careers. This is a leadership role with responsibility for running the school alongside ownership and operations. About the Position: This is one of the most trusted roles in our company. As Sales Manager, you're not just selling--you're helping run the location day-to-day. You'll work with students, instructors, mechanics, and the operations team to keep everything running smoothly and professionally. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Some evenings may run longer based on appointments
• Full-time reliability required

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage incoming leads (calls, texts, walk-ins)
• Enroll students and explain tuition options
• Schedule DOT physicals, DMV appointments, and drug tests
• Call and collect payments from enrolled students
• Coordinate student schedules with instructors
• Communicate with mechanics for truck repairs
• Track student progress and handle any issues
• Maintain school cleanliness, professionalism, and daily organization
• Use Outlook, QuickBooks, and Nutshell (CRM)

Compensation

& Bonus Structure:

• Base Pay: $18/hour
• Weekly Hours: 45
• Monthly Base Pay: ~$3,507 You'll earn monthly bonuses based on student sign-ups. Our team consistently enrolls 30+ students per month, so bonuses are a regular part of your pay.
• Typical total monthly pay: $5,500-$7,500
• Top earners make $8,500+ per month
• Actual hourly pay averages $28-$43+ based on performance What We're Looking For:

• Sales, customer service, or team leadership experience preferred
• Willing to learn Outlook, QuickBooks, and CRM tools Lunch Policy: You'll receive your full lunch break each day. However, because this is the only full-time role on site, lunch is expected to be taken onsite so walk-ins and students can always be supported.
