Overview

As a Telemarketing & Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be outbound calling to generate leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our licensed brokers. This is a front-line sales role ideal for someone with a persuasive personality and strong work ethic who's ready to make an impact. What You'll Be Doing

• Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to manufacturing businesses to introduce our services and uncover potential needs.
• Appointment Setting: Book consultations for brokers and producers. You're the first point of contact and set the tone.
• Sales Messaging: Use provided scripts and sales angles, while tailoring conversations to keep prospects engaged.
• CRM & Reporting: Accurately track calls, outcomes, and next steps in our CRM.
• Bonus Targeting: Meet or exceed performance goals tied to appointments, conversions, and quality metrics.
• Collaboration: Work with brokers and producers to optimize call strategy and hand-off. Who We're Looking For
• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center work (preferred).
• Confidence making high-volume cold calls and engaging decision-makers.
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with CRMs, phone systems, and productivity tools.
• A self-starter who's hungry to earn, eager to grow, and coachable.
• Bonus: Knowledge of commercial insurance, manufacturing, or B2B sales.
