To learn more about Seestedt 's Carpet & Linoleum check out: seestedtscarpet.com What We Offer: * $500 sign on bonus! * Base Salary: $50,000 + Bonuses * Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week* _(Monday - Saturday)_ * * Must be able to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month * 30 day paid training * Flexible Scheduling * Medical & Dental Insurance * Retirement Plan w/up to 3% company contribution * Paid Vacation & Sick Time * Employee discounts on products & services * Potential for growth within organization * Team building activities * Biweekly sales & product knowledge meetings Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs * Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new/existing customers * Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom * Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided * Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, schedule the installation team, collect client's payments & perform quality control throughout project * Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability * Collect online reviews from clients * Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business * Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean Desired Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum of 2-4 years ' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Hospitality or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) * Basic computer, social media & math skills * Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude * Desire to grow a business & can work independently * Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients * Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities * Strong personal & professional judgment * Ability to respond quickly to customers' needs & wants * Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority * Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train) * Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train) * Knowledge of QFloors a plus (Willing to train) How to Apply : * Use the response option in this job board * Attach an up-to-date resume outlining your experience for the position * A cover letter is always appreciated * No emails orphone calls to the showroom * Do not personally deliver resumes to the showroom *Qualified candidates will be contacted by email to schedule a phone interview Seestedt 's Carpet & Linoleum is an Equal Opportunity Employer
