Comfort Advisor - Home Care Heating & Air (Burnsville, MN) $100,000 -$200,000+ Potential | Full-Time | In-Person Are you an experienced HVAC technician ready to take the next step in your career? Home Care Heating & Air is growing fast, and we're looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Comfort Advisor who understands residential HVAC systems and knows how to earn trust in the home. This is a consultative sales role built for someone with hands-on experience who's ready to turn their technical knowledge into a high-earning career path. What You 'll Do:

• Run warm, pre-scheduled leads daily--no cold calling
• Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations
• Educate homeowners and recommend the best solutions for their comfort and budget
• Present equipment and financing options in a clear, confident, and honest way
• Coordinate closely with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What You 'll Get:

Who You Are

:

• A seasoned HVAC technician (5+ years preferred) with deep understanding of system design, troubleshooting, and replacement
• Motivated to succeed in a performance-based role
• Strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts for homeowners
• Organized, trustworthy, and ready to take ownership of your results
