Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. * Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. * Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics. * Upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for market penetration. Qualifications: * Proven experience in home improvement sales is preferred. * Strong skills in cold calling and lead generation, with a demonstrated track record of success. * Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform and enhance sales strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and sustaining client relationships. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. * Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth in the sales field. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
