Full description of the position

Job Summary We are seeking an After-Sales Repair Engineer to handle product disassembly, testing, repair, and refurbishment, while collecting and analyzing maintenance data to provide feedback to the R&D team for product optimization. You will need strong hardware knowledge to test circuit boards and a basic understanding of PCBA to design and create simple after-sales testing tools for machine issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording maintenance videos, developing maintenance SOPs, and creating troubleshooting guides and videos to improve team efficiency and standardize processes. Responsibilities * Perform disassembly, testing, repair, and refurbishment of faulty products to restore them to working condition. * Record and analyze maintenance data to identify root causes of issues and provide feedback to the R &D team for product improvement. * Conduct testing and troubleshooting on PCBA boards to ensure hardware components function properly. * Design and create simple after-sales testing tools based on machine issues to enhance repair efficiency and accuracy. * Record maintenance videos to demonstrate repair processes and techniques for team reference and training. * Develop maintenance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to standardize repair workflows and improve team efficiency. * Create troubleshooting SOPs and videos to help the team quickly diagnose and resolve issues. * Provide technical support to customers, addressing technical inquiries and handling feedback. * Manage inventory of repair parts and tools to ensure smooth maintenance operations. * Participate in quality control to ensure repaired products meet company standards. * Provide technical training and guidance to team members or customers as needed. Qualifications * Associate degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Approximately 2 years of hardware maintenance experience (School Project counts) , with familiarity in repairing electronic or mechanical equipment. * Experience in testing and troubleshooting PCBA boards , with knowledge of electronic components and circuit principles. * Ability to independently design and create simple testing tools , with basic skills in mechanical or electronic fabrication. * Proficiency in using maintenance tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering tools). * Strong data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from maintenance data for improvement suggestions. * Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset to effectively address customer needs. * Team-oriented , with the ability to collaborate with R&D, procurement, and other departments. * Willingness to travel regularly (if needed) to support on-site maintenance or technical services.
