You will leverage your customer service skills and sales expertise to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the insurance process. Responsibilities * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and effectively. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. * Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. * Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve service delivery. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales in a competitive environment. * Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is highly desirable. * Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to offer appropriate solutions. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred, ensuring compliance in all client interactions.
