Position Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. As a BDR, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and positioning our managed IT services as the perfect solution. This position is based out of our Indianapolis office. It requires employees to work out of the office 2 days per week and visiting prospects through out Central Indiana 3 days per week (day trips). Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through on-site client visits, cold calls, emails, networking, and social media. * Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings. * Client Needs Assessment: Understand prospective clients' IT pain points and recommend tailored solutions. * Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software. * Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop sales strategies and improve outreach efforts. * Sales Quotas & Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings. What We 're Looking For: * Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, technology, or SaaS. * Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect, cold call, and close deals. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity (training provided). * Self-Motivated: Goal-driven and comfortable working independently. * CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus. * Education: Graduate from 4 year accredited university or college * Driver's License: Must have a valid Indiana driver's license What We Offer: * Competitive Base Salary + Commission (Top performers can earn over $100K per year). * Comprehensive Benefits Package (health, dental, vision, 401k). * Career Growth Opportunities in a fast-growing industry. * Training & Support to help you succeed in IT sales. * Flexible Work Environment (Hybrid/Remote options available).
