Summary A Military and Aerospace Sales Leader for cable assemblies and components should have a track record of sales accomplishments , with direct experience in aerospace electronics and avionics for commercial and military platforms. They will evaluate, manage, and refine channel partner relationships , and collaborate with key account managers on opportunity captures. This role will involve travel to customer sites and trade shows. Duties * Identify and target potential customers through market research, prospecting, and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and expanding existing customer that serve the military and aerospace markets while serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. * Understand client needs and pain points and effectively communicate how our products and high-quality service can address their challenges. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. * You must be willing to travel attend trade shows, visit customer sites and make presentations. Qualifications * Proven experience in aviation, military and aerospace connectivity sales or a related field is required. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Experience in account management and business development. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. * Demonstrated success with outside sales processes, strategies and techniques. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using our CRM. * Collaborate with the upper-level management to ensure a deep understanding of our product and service capabilities. * Negotiate and execute contracts. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using our CRM. Requirements: * 8-10 years of sales in a related field required. * 3 to 5 years in aviation, aerospace or related industry. * Strong understanding and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Experience with CRM and sales tools. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. * Identify and target potential customers through market research, prospecting, and networking. * Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and presentations. * Current knowledge and experience with industry trends, competition and market changes.
