Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance. * Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. Requirements * Wisconsin Property, Casualty, and Life licensing required prior to start * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and services.
