Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officers and Real Estate Teams to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you'll guide clients through the loan process, assess financial needs, and offer personalized loan solutions. Duties * Evaluate clients' financial situations to determine the best loan products. * Assist clients in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents. * Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower qualifications. * Negotiate loan terms while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. * Use software like Quicken to process and manage loans efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of all client communications and transactions. * Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates throughout the loan process. * Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure fast closings. * Stay current on industry trends, compliance changes, and best practices. Requirements * Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS) or Real Estate license. * Prior experience in financial services, mortgage lending, or real estate is preferred. * Proficiency in 10-key typing and CRM systems. * Knowledge of loan processing software (Quicken preferred). * Familiarity with Fair Housing and lending regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a remote team.
