We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-tier service to the real estate professionals we support across the Tampa Bay region. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in helping members with everything from joining the association to understanding their benefits, accessing the MLS, and using lockbox tools.

• Serve as a go-to resource for members by phone, email, and in-person
• Process membership applications, transfers, and updates
• Assist with MLS access and listing updates
• Provide hands-on support and training for lockbox systems
• Ensure all member records are accurate and up to date in our CRM (RAMCO)
• Communicate membership requirements and provide timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors (like Supra and MLS) to resolve issues efficiently What We 're Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience working with databases or CRM platforms (RAMCO or Supra is a plus)
• Professional communication skills -- both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to type at least 40 words per minute
