Full description of the position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail sales team as a Retail Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our products to customers.

Responsibilities

:

  • Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
  • Assist with merchandising and restocking inventory
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business #teamwork
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product trends
Requirements

:

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills #socialbutterfly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
