Responsibilities

• Your Role as a Farmers Insurance Agent
• Prospect, sell, and service a wide range of insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial coverage
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients manage risk and protect their families and businesses
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to drive agency growth Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
