Location:*Phoenix , Arizona Language Requirement : Fluent in Mandarin & English Job Summary: Foxlink Group is a multinational company headquartered in Taiwan with manufacturing factories in around the Asian countries. Foxlink Arizona Inc. is located on 2140 W Pinnacle Peak Rd., Phoenix Arizona 85027. We are seeking a highly skilled Site Director with a strong background in sales, operations, and data center management to oversee our Phoenix, Arizona site. This individual will play a key leadership role in driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and coordinating with headquarters in Taiwan. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and be flexible to hold meetings outside regular business hours to align with Taiwan's time zone. * This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. * Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives. Operations & Site Management: * Oversee daily operations of the Arizona site, ensuring efficiency and productivity. * Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow. * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies., Monitor site performance, KPIs, and financial metrics to ensure profitability. * Manage cross-departmental collaboration between sales, operations, and technical teams. * Experienced in OEM and ODM operations, with a strong focus on contact management and fostering a collaborative International Coordination & Communication: * Serve as the primary liaison between the Arizona site and headquarters in Taiwan. * Lead and participate in meetings with executive leadership, adjusting to Taiwan's time zone as needed. * Provide regular updates and reports on site performance, operational challenges, and business opportunities. * Foster strong cross-cultural communication and alignment between teams. * Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in sales, operations, and/or data center management. * Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse cultures and teams, fostering an environment of mutual respect. * Proven ability to coordinate international business operations and collaborate with diverse global teams.. * Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate meetings with overseas teams. * Familiarity with data center infrastructure, cloud services, and IT operations is preferred. * Strong knowledge of business operations, financial planning, and cost management.
