We're looking for a motivated and experienced Gym General Manager who is passionate about fitness and has a strong background in gym management, sales, and business growth. This role is an incredible opportunity for a results-driven leader to take ownership of the gym's growth, retention, and financial success while maintaining a strong community feel. Key Responsibilities * Sales & Membership Growth: Drive new membership sales and upsell existing services (personal training, nutrition coaching, etc.). * Lead Generation & Outreach: Create and manage lead funnels, follow up on inquiries, and develop partnerships to attract new members. * Member Retention & Engagement: Ensure a high-quality experience for current members, developing strategies to improve retention. * Team Leadership: Manage and develop coaches, ensuring high-quality class delivery and engagement. * Personal Training & High-Ticket Program Sales: Work with coaches to grow PT revenue and high-value gym services. * Daily Gym Operations: Oversee class schedules, staff management, facility maintenance, and member communication. * Financial Management: Help monitor gym profitability, control expenses, and ensure sustainable revenue growth. Specific KPI's will be used to track and monitor required growth. Qualifications & Experience * 1+ years of experience in gym management, fitness sales, or a similar leadership role. * Proven track record of driving membership growth and sales success. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. * Background in fitness coaching, CrossFit, or personal training is a MUST * Comfortable using CRM and lead management systems to track performance. * Passionate about health, fitness, and building a strong community.
