As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing your assigned territory effectively. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory to drive sales growth. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory management and sales initiatives. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment. * A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation.
