Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Must have 3+ years of administrative support experience * Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM a plus * Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information * Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with pricing, proposals, etc. * Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively via telephone and email * Works well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people * Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work. * Ability to solve problems independently using exceptional judgment and decision making * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient skills related to creation of reports and presentations in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Salesforce Education Minimum of a high school diploma required; an associate's / bachelor's degree is preferred.
