Benefits * $ 35,000 Base salary Plus commission and bonus * Advanced placement opportunities * 5 day work week * Medical, dental, & vision insurance * Matching 401(K) plan * Employee discount on vehicles & service Responsibilities * Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs. * Assist clients to identify a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories. * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to the client. * Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features. * Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). * Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications * No Automotive Sales Experience needed * Ability to work in a team setting. * Effective listening skills. * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.
