The Opportunity: We're looking for a Sales Representative to manage and grow a $2-3 million book of business. You'll earn commission on gross profit , with tiered incentives for exceeding your targets. If you're experienced in B2B sales and know the trucking or fleet industry, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

:

• Develop and manage customer accounts across transportation, fleet, logistics, municipal and construction sectors
• Prospect for new business while maintaining and expanding current accounts
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track sales performance and optimize account profitability
• Push beyond your $2M book for higher commissions What We're Looking For:
• Proven B2B sales experience (industry experience preferred)
• Knowledge of gross profit and value-based selling strategies
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) What You'll Get:
