The Opportunity: We're looking for a Sales Representative to manage and grow a $2-3 million book of business. You'll earn commission on gross profit , with tiered incentives for exceeding your targets. If you're experienced in B2B sales and know the trucking or fleet industry, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do: * Develop and manage customer accounts across transportation, fleet, logistics, municipal and construction sectors * Prospect for new business while maintaining and expanding current accounts * Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Track sales performance and optimize account profitability * Push beyond your $2M book for higher commissions What We're Looking For: * Proven B2B sales experience (industry experience preferred) * Knowledge of gross profit and value-based selling strategies * Strong relationship management and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and results-driven * Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) What You'll Get: * Commission-based pay tied to gross profit from your customers * Tiered commission increases for revenue beyond your $2M goal * No cap on earnings * Performance bonuses and room to grow with a well-established company
