Overview

: Here at Optimal Termite & Pest Control, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Pest Control Sales Representative. You will be responsible for generating leads through whatever method you decide is appropriate and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently & having a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

:

• Previous experience in sales, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities (commercial and /or residential) through whatever method you consider successful. You have total freedom in farming new clients.
• Identifying issues customers may have through thorough inspections and proposing effective and accurate treatment options. There can not be any miscommunication or misunderstanding between applicator and clients within control.
• Robust knowledge of the pest control field, pesticide labeling and treatment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a conscious. We are not a cut throat company.
• Excellent experience in sales with negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use computers, tablets, cell phones and PDF.
• 7A & 7B Certifications are a huge plus.
• All tools necessary to succeed in this position such as a measuring wheel.

Compensation

(1099)

• 20% of total Quarterly Pest Control Pricing
• 20% of Wood Destroying Services All services must have have a signed agreement, must be scheduled and paid for.
