Full description of the position

Project Manager/Estimator/Sales Ideal candidate must have insurance restoration/construction industry experience and be proficient with Xactimate estimating software program. Ability to manage multiple files and communicate with claims adjusters, homeowners and support staff. Need to be able to accurately estimate a loss with minimal leakage, sell the job and keep jobs on budget. Must be able to provide Adjusters and Superintendents with timelines and ensure collection of receivables. You must also build relationships and communicate effectively. Candidates need to be familiar with work-flow process and providing accurate documentation; also need to be adaptable with workload and schedule.
