Join a results-driven real estate team as an Acquisitions Specialist focused on sourcing opportunities, preparing deals, and guiding transactions to close. From prospecting to final signatures, you'll play a key role in driving successful outcomes. Whether you have years of experience or are eager to grow, this commission- based role is designed for those who thrive in sales, lead conversion, and consistent deal flow. You'll be supported every step of the way with a strong infrastructure and ongoing training, including: * Leads provided * Full in-house marketing team * Two administrative team members for support * Dedicated listing coordinator * Direct access to management and mentorship * Weekly skill-building and coaching * Ongoing professional development opportunities If you're ready to produce, learn, and grow with a high-performing team, we'd like to hear from you. Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions * Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research * Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close * Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM * Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information * Find acquisition properties * Develop builder, developer, and contractor network * Investment property lead generation * Investment property lead follow-up * Listing appointments * Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: * Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments * Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed * A real estate license is required * Commission opportunity * Sales experience * Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
