We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by directly engaging with potential customers in their homes or businesses. This position requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to overcome objections while building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Travel door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to introduce and sell the services. * Identify customer needs and provide services recommendations. * Educate customers on the benefits and features of the service. * Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients to generate long-term sales. * Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall goals. * Manage and update a daily schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. * Handle objections professionally and adapt your sales pitch as needed. * Stay up-to-date with service knowledge, promotional offers, and competitor activities. * Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. Qualifications: * Previous experience in door-to-door sales or customer service is a plus. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently. * Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. * Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Reliable transportation to travel to assigned areas.
