We're looking for a motivated Listing Agent who thrives on building relationships and generating new business. Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly * Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base * Oversee contract processes alongside buyer's agents to negotiate contracts * Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings * Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings * Listing lead generation * Listing lead follow-up * Listing database campaigns * Agent sales * Set and execute appointments * Sales scripts mastery * Close sales Qualifications: * Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself * Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * Team player who believes their success is the team's success * Completes tasks quickly and efficiently * Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills * A real estate license is required * Superb communication * Commission opportunity * Sales experience About Company As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
