Entry-Level Recruiter - Fast Track to $80K+ | Full Desk | Training Provided Start With a Solid Base - Build Your Future With Uncapped Commissions

• 1+ year of professional sales experience -- inside sales, B2B, or retail with measurable goals
• Ideal for competitive, self-motivated individuals looking to transition into recruiting
• Must be coachable, confident, and driven to succeed
• Pay = Base + Commission ($35,000 base + $40K-$80K+ potential, uncapped)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• On-site role - collaborate in our energetic Brookfield, WI office
• Full-time, W-2 employee
• No relocation offered

• What You 'll Do:
• Get hands-on, personalized training in full-desk recruiting and our CRM system
• Learn how to market jobs and screen candidates effectively
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Master phone and email communication techniques
• Balance multiple priorities and stay focused on revenue-producing activities
• Work with integrity and represent the company professionally
• Take ownership of your success and your income

Who You Are

:

• 1+ year of professional sales experience - ideally inside sales, B2B, or performance-based retail
• You're great with people and know how to influence or persuade
• You enjoy solving problems and closing deals
• You can prioritize, stay organized, and follow through
• You're motivated by results and not afraid to bet on yourself
• You live within 20 minutes of Brookfield, WI

Benefits

• $35,000 base salary + $4,000 per placement commissions (uncapped)
• Commissions increase to $6,000 per placement after 12/year
