Duties * Actively sell products and services to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible. * Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing transactions in a timely manner. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in sales techniques. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
