Full description of the position

* Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely order fulfillment, and proactive problem-solving. * Build and maintain positive customer relationships. * Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding product availability. * Process and update sales orders according to customer specifications. * Verify purchase order accuracy and obtain necessary information for order completion. * Monitor job order progress and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. * Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents. * Facilitate internal communication with manufacturing, planning, accounting, product, and sales management teams. * Foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment. * Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products to existing and potential customers. * Identify and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency. * Provide accurate product information and technical support. * Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes. * Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support. * Other duties as assigned.
