What You 'll Do: As a Counter Salesperson, you'll be the friendly face that our customers rely on, whether they're shopping in-store, calling in, or placing online orders. Your day-to-day will include: * Connecting with Customers: Provide top-notch service in person, over the phone, and online. You'll be the go-to expert for HVACR equipment, parts, and supplies. * Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong rapport with customers by offering prompt and courteous service. You'll assist them with loading merchandise and addressing any needs they have. * Sales & Support: You'll guide customers through their purchases, offer expert advice, and recommend related products. Handling transactions, processing returns, and completing warranty paperwork are all part of your role. * Inventory & Organization: Keep our store organized, stock shelves, and maintain inventory control. You'll also help arrange equipment and product displays to keep our store looking its best. * Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and outside sales consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate quotes. What We 're Looking For: * Customer Service Champion: You have a passion for helping customers and can provide excellent service with a smile. * Team Player: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working well with others to achieve common goals. * Sales Savvy: Experience in HVAC, auto parts, or a similar field is a plus, but great sales and customer service skills are what really matter. * Detail-Oriented: You're organized, can handle multiple tasks, and are committed to getting things right the first time. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in counter sales or customer service. * HVACR knowledge or certification is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
